Description of Garden:
This fully organic farm is famous for its wild flowers and abundant wildlife. The 150 acres of wild flowers, mainly perennials, include about 10 different grasses and 40 wild flowers species, including cow slips, harebells, dropwort, tufted vetch, clustered bell flower, scabius, knapweeds and grass vetchling. In smaller areas of annual wild flowers there are cornflowers, corn marigold, corn chamomile, poppies, corncockle, prickly poppy, venus looking glass and night flowering catchfly. The Wild Flower areas are crossed by two 2 mile and one 6.5 mile circular walks on public footpaths and more permissive paths. Farm leaflets with maps are available at three designated car parking areas.
