 Description of Garden
Designer: Monique Paice
An award-winning intensively planted three-acre garden surrounding an 18th century Manor House and Grade I listed 16th century Tithe Barn. The garden features wide herbaceous borders with stunning plant, colour and texture combinations; imaginative topiary including a knot garden, parterre and topiary walk; water features include a raised Basket Pond from the Great Exhibition of 1851; a unique shade house with novel shade-loving plants and many creatively planted pots. The unusual, rare and exotic make this garden a plantsman's delight. HHA/Christie's 'Garden of the Year' 2006.

 History of Garden
The garden was created over a 20 year time frame by the former owners, Mr & Mrs R Paice. Under new ownership in 2010, It continues to evolve and develop in the care of long-serving Head Gardener Paul Nicholls and his assistant Jacky Rae.
