| Famous Botanic garden with two ponds, glasshouses, rare and tender plants, and the largest olive tree indoors in Britain. Historical walk shows a variety of plant species introduced by a succession of famous curators. The garden is three and a half acres in all, showing the history of medicinal plants, with world medicine beds and the oldest rock garden in Europe, dating from 1773. | ||||||
